• To understand healthy inventory management and monthly sale targets
• To understand the marketing plan for new products
• To check sale achievement based on Sale commitment and Marketing plan
• To do an effective sale target control plan
• To provide partnership/teamwork among the sales team (Distribution) and Marketing team (Principal)
• To understand the Sale commitment plan and management sale according to it
• To report to Brand managers about sales achievements, compare to sales targets
• To go to market visit and analyze sales channel performance
• To work with the sales team and push the sales team to achieve sales targets
• To implement Sale Supporting process for the sales team
• To carry out according to Brand Manager instructions

Skills and Requirements

• University Graduate, plus other Diplomas in Sales & Marketing
• FMCG, Cosmetic Industry background
• Experience in Sales operation, Sales process, and sales management
• Understand target market, how to drive sale
• Understand Marketing strategy to reach target markets
• Understand the Management process and reporting process
• Understand Marketing strategy to achieve Sales targets
• Good at team building and Business common sense
• Solution oriented with a do-it-now attitude
• Good communication skills and Proactive in cross-functional collaborations
• Knowledge of information systems, Microsoft Office
• Must be able to travel
• Minimum 3years experience in a related field at the managerial level
